Refund policy
Important notes:
To ensure proper hygiene, only unopened products with an intact seal can be returned.
If you believe something is wrong with the product you received, please contact our customer service first so we can resolve the issue.
If the packaging is more damaged than necessary to inspect the product, we may charge you for the resulting depreciation. Please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it. This applies only to products with damaged packaging whose seal has not been broken.
You have at least 14 days after receiving your order to cancel it and register your return.
After registering the return, you then have 14 days to send the product back.
Once your return has been registered, it may take up to 14 days for us to refund the order amount including shipping costs. Refunds will be issued after we have received and inspected the returned product.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs and for sending the product back. Always make sure you use a track & trace service so you can prove that the product was returned.
Is there another issue with your Lekker Droppie order?
If we accidentally delivered the wrong product, you can of course submit a return request.
Please describe the issue in detail. Our customer service team will review your request as soon as possible. We may ask for more information and/or photos.
If the issue is due to our mistake or if the product is damaged, we will send you a return label and cover the return shipping costs. You may then choose to receive a replacement product or a refund.

Enter the email address you used when placing your order.

You will receive a code by email. Enter the code to access your personal Lekker Droppie account with an overview of your order(s).

You can submit a return request per product.

Our customer service team will process your request as soon as possible.
