After placing your order, it generally takes two to three working days (within the Netherlands & Belgium) for your order to be delivered. We ship orders from Monday to Friday.

How will my order be shipped?

All orders are shipped via PostNL parcel service. On the day your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a track & trace code so you can see exactly when your order will be delivered.

Shipping costs – Netherlands

We charge a fixed low rate of €4.95 per order.

Free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €50.

Shipping costs – Belgium

For orders shipped to Belgium, we charge a fixed low rate of €5.95 per order.

Free shipping to Belgium on orders over €50.

Shipping costs – Germany, Denmark, France, Finland, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Luxembourg, Spain & Sweden

For orders to these countries, a variable rate applies based on the weight of the order.
